Your Role

As the CTO & Co-founder, you will own the entire technology stack, AI/ML strategy, infrastructure, and security. You will start hands-on, eventually building and leading a tech team to scale the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect & Scale: Design and implement a scalable, AI-powered legal-tech platform.
  • AI & NLP Innovation: Develop and integrate AI models (GPT, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OCR, etc.) to automate legal document analysis.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Manage cloud-based deployment (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker) and security protocols.
  • Fast Execution: Rapidly develop features, iterate based on customer feedback, and optimize workflows.
  • Tech Strategy & Leadership: Define product architecture, scale infra, and lead tech hiring.
  • Integration & Automation: Build seamless integrations with government portals, legal databases, and workflow automation tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML expert & full-stack leader who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This is an early-stage startup, and the ideal candidate is ok to work in a resource-constrained environment including initial

Must-Have:

  • Experience: 2+ years in AI/ML, SaaS, or platform development (startup experience preferred).
  • Tech Stack: FastAPI, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, Apache Airflow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • AI/ML & NLP: Strong experience with LLMs, AI-powered automation, OCR, document processing, and NLP workflows.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to architect and implement scalable, production-grade AI systems.
  • Leadership Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership-driven, and willing to build from scratch.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in legal tech, fintech, or reg-tech domains.
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy regulations.
  • Worked with government/legal datasets and API integrations.
