Finance Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished finance professional to drive financial operations and oversee compliance in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead statutory compliance, internal audits, and financial controls in line with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Prepare and consolidate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership and regional teams.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial efficiency across the organization.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Support cross-border finance projects, policy rollouts, and regional reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Certified Accountant, Chartered Accountant, or Certified Public Accountant required.
  • 6–9 years of finance experience, with a proven track record of managing reporting, compliance, and ERP projects; prior team supervision a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local tax laws, and ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to manage compliance, reporting, and operational finance in a multinational context.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
6-9 years of finance experience with strong technical expertise and hands-on operational leadership.
