Senior Finance Manager Opportunity

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to join a leading financial services firm as a Senior Finance Manager.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and acquiring new client relationships in the structured finance space to drive business growth.
  • They will work closely with promoters in the structured finance sector to identify opportunities and craft solutions.
  • Responsibilities include managing end-to-end deal execution including business analysis, structuring, drafting term sheets, and leading negotiations.
  • Collaboration with credit teams to draft detailed credit memos and drive the credit approval process.
  • Coordination with service and operations teams for seamless execution and disbursement.
  • Liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Originate and acquire new client relationships in the structured finance space.
  2. Work closely with promoters in the structured finance sector to identify opportunities.
  3. Manage end-to-end deal execution.
  4. Collaborate with credit teams.
  5. Coordinate with service and operations teams.
  6. Liaise with multiple stakeholders.
