Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud professional with expertise in data modeling and integration. The ideal candidate will design, configure, and implement scalable customer data models and integrate them across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including:
  • Unified Customer Profiles for personalization and engagement.
  • Calculated Insights and Segments for analytics.
  • Activate customers through various channels.
  • Define and optimize data models, schema designs, and relationships within Salesforce Data Cloud to support business use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.
  • Implement integrations for large-scale data ingestion.
  • Apply data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership in data modeling, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Document solutions and provide training to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Unified Customer Profiles, Calculated Insights, Segments, Activations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).
  • Good understanding of Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certifications (preferred): Data Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, Platform Developer I/II.
