We're looking for a senior customer support representative who will excel in working independently to utilize their expertise and experience to serve our customers in Ontario, Canada. Most of our customers are top realtors in the region. As a senior customer support representative, you will be responsible for assisting them with order inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch services via various channels (phone, email, or chat). A highly professional manner with an empathetic approach is essential.

Requirements:

  • Excellent business communications skills in English language for phone, chat, and email support.
  • A laptop/PC, headphone, smartphone, and reliable high-speed internet connection are required.
  • Candidates should be well-versed in office tools and software like Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF, etc., and willing to learn new tools as needed.

Our recruitment Process:

  • Initial interview in India
  • Followed by an interview at our Head Quarter in Canada
  • Trial period (either 1 week or 2 weeks) depending on requirements

Monday to Friday - 9 hours between 5:30 pm and 9:00 am
