We're seeking an Intern to join our team. This is a work-from-home position, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to all incoming/outgoing calls promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and address incoming/outgoing phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance
  • Redirect calls to the relevant team members as needed
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone interactions
  • Follow up with clients and customers via phone when required
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail
  • Must have their own laptop and stable internet connection
