Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Content Analyst.

  • As a Content Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing written materials and data to ensure accuracy and readability.
  • You will also coordinate analytics tasks for clients, including creating effective strategies to collect data, analyze information, and implement analytics solutions.
  • Additionally, you will identify potential content-related issues and improve quality by implementing corrective measures.
  • Assist the Content and Web Development/Design teams in their respective roles.
  • Maintain intranet, web, and social media content to ensure it is up-to-date.
  • Evaluate content to ensure it aligns with client company policies and guidelines.
  • Improve SEO performance by evaluating and optimizing content.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills:

  • Proficiency in understanding Tamil language is a must.
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of digital media/marketing/communication, content management systems, HTML, and other related tools.
