We are seeking a Senior Technical Process Executive to provide technical support via chat to customers experiencing issues with Microsoft Windows & O365 products.

As a Senior Technical Process Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing fast, clear, and effective solutions to their problems.

You will utilize your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex problems, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can create a positive experience for our customers by showing empathy and patience while troubleshooting.

">Requirements
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in technical support via chat in Business to Customer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries
  • Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals are a strong plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
