System Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive System Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for monitoring and investigating system logs, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and investigate system logs for issues across Windows, VMware, and Hyper-V platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using knowledge base documentation and validate outcomes
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 3 SMEs and coordinate with third-party vendors
  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation, ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, and provide shift handover reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (UG)
  • Any Postgraduate degree (PG)
  • Certification in Windows Server Administration, Virtualization Fundamentals, VMware-201 (preferred)
  • Experience in system troubleshooting, patching, and virtualization
  • Strong scripting skills to automate monitoring and performance tasks
