Job Title: Oracle EPM Financial Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EPM/Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle EPM modules, providing functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules (Planning, PBCS etc.). Should have expert knowledge on this.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to guide a company's major decisions, ensure future profitability, and support strategic planning.
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops.
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience as end user, power user or admin of any leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close and reconciliation.
  • 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
