Oracle EPM Consultant Opportunity

Modernize ERP, HCM, EPM, and SCM with Oracle Cloud, delivering fast, precise outcomes.

We seek a seasoned consultant to lead design, configuration, and deployment of Enterprise Planning solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and ARCS solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Partner with finance teams to gather requirements, map processes, and design future-state models.
  • Configure planning models, consolidation rules, and reconciliation profiles for accurate budgeting, forecasting, close, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop calculation rules, business logic, dashboards, and reports for decision-makers.
  • Manage data flows between EPM applications and source systems for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct workshops, prototype sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live support.
  • Stay current on Oracle quarterly updates to recommend new capabilities enhancing client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with hands-on expertise in Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and ARCS.
  • Strong functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in configuring calculation rules, forms, dashboards, and integration workflows in EPM Cloud.
  • Familiarity with EPM Automate, Data Management, and integration with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills guiding clients through system design.
