Lead UX Designer for AI-Powered Solutions

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead UX Designer to spearhead the development of innovative, AI-powered solutions. As a key member of our product design team, you will be responsible for crafting user-centered designs that drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive design vision that aligns with our business goals and user needs.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and grow a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer-Facing Influence: Engage with clients and stakeholders to shape design strategy, ensuring that our solutions meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Design Operations: Establish and streamline design operations to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.
  • User Advocacy: Advocate for users through research, testing, and feedback, ensuring that design decisions are informed by a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
  • Design Systems: Maintain and establish a centralized design system with standards, patterns, and best practices for designing with AI.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a track record of using data to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent relationship management skills working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex design concepts and strategies to a variety of audiences.
