Artificial Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Artificial Intelligence (AI) developer to join our team. As an AI developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions to automate business processes and enhance self-service applications.

  • You will design, develop, and deploy AI-based automation solutions using machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design appropriate AI solutions.
  • You will collaborate with process experts to identify opportunities for automating business processes and implement AI-driven automation solutions.
  • You will monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant degree from a recognized University.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on natural language processing and machine learning algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other AI/ML frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of NLP techniques and applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms such as Google Cloud AI Platform and Azure Machine Learning.
  • Knowledge of ML techniques: Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting Algorithm, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Support Vector Machines, Clustering, Bayesian Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Reduction / Engineering, Anomaly Deduction, Natural Language Processing (including Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling), Natural Language Generation.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
  • Exposure to frameworks from LangChain.
  • Experience with deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience in developing and integrating APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning and other advanced ML techniques.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically & creatively about complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
