As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be turning complex AI-driven insights into beautiful, intuitive, and impactful interfaces used daily in high-stakes industrial environments. 

This is not a role for average performers—it's for designers who want to push creative boundaries, work alongside elite engineers and product teams, and grow into a global design leader. 

What You'll Do 

Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web-based AI safety platforms 

Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs 

Optimise user journeys across dashboards, configuration panels, and alerting tools 

Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation in React, Tailwind, and component libraries 

Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback 

Maintain and evolve the design system for consistent brand and UX across touchpoints 

Work closely with product, AI, and backend teams to integrate data-driven insights into the UI/UX flow 

What We're Looking For 

2–4 years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in SaaS or product-based companies 

Strong attention to detail and a user-first mindset 

Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Canva, Adobe XD, or similar design tools 

Portfolio showing modern UI design and UX thinking for web applications 

Solid grasp of responsive design, usability principles, and clean UI architecture 

Familiarity with frontend handoff workflows and basic HTML/CSS knowledge 

Ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment 

Bonus Skills 

Experience designing for AI, analytics, or computer vision platforms 

Exposure to video-based UI or real-time data visualisations 

Familiarity with developer co-pilots or low-code handoff tools
