Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned Academic Coordinator to oversee the successful delivery of our Technical PSC coaching programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Manage all aspects of academic activities for Technical PSC coaching programs, ensuring seamless execution of live sessions, recorded lectures, and practice modules.
    • Create and maintain accurate academic calendars, timetables, and class schedules.
  • Syllabus Development & Content Review:
    • Oversee the implementation of syllabi for various Technical PSC exams, ensuring alignment with the latest exam trends and requirements.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to review, update, and enhance study materials, question banks, and test series for accuracy and relevance.
  • Trainer Management:
    • Onboard, train, and guide subject faculty across technical disciplines, providing them with necessary resources and support.
    • Assign faculty resources based on subject requirements and course schedules, monitoring teaching quality through regular audits and student feedback.
  • Student Progress & Engagement:
    • Track and analyze student progress through assessments, mock tests, and learning dashboards, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Address academic concerns, doubts, and escalations raised by students, providing timely support and guidance.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Evaluate consistency in teaching methodology and adherence to academic standards, implementing regular academic audits and performance evaluations.
