Dean of Academic Affairs

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Academic Leader to spearhead our academic, research, and extension programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the leadership team in managing academic and administrative functions within the faculty or institute.
• Evaluate and implement effective strategies for academic program delivery and curriculum updates.
• Oversee the regularity of academic sessions and maintain a respectful environment in all classes and labs.
• Develop and implement examination protocols for university-administered assessments.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Masters in Physiotherapy with 15 years of total experience, including 5 years as Professor (Physiotherapy).
• Higher qualifications like Ph.D. in any discipline of Physiotherapy recognized by the UGC and published work of high standard.

Requirements:

• Ability to foster research activities within the faculty and encourage faculty and students to engage in research projects.
• Participation in academic committees, such as Board of Studies (BOS) and Faculty and Academic Council (AC).
• Familiarity with institutional goals and accreditation standards.
• Capacity to maintain a repository of data on faculty members.
