Backend Developer Position

This is a highly specialized role for skilled professionals who have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance RESTful APIs.

The ideal candidate will be able to optimize backend performance for handling large data volumes and high-traffic production environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain multi-tenant architectures ensuring data policies, security, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Implement microservices-based solutions with modularity and maintainability.
  • Proficiently manage and optimize MongoDB databases including indexing, aggregation, and performance tuning.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of backend systems.
  • Collaborate with product teams to build long-term, scalable backend solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and secure code following industry best practices.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and debugging tools to ensure system reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js and MongoDB.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and system design principles.
  • Experience in building and maintaining multi-tenant SaaS applications.
  • Proven experience handling large-scale data and high-traffic production systems.
  • Proficiency in MongoDB including schema design, indexing strategies, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging queues.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Strong experience with API development best practices, security, and rate limiting.
  • Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
