Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at NR Consulting - India. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing patches in Windows and Mac environments using SCCM, WSUS, Jamf, or similar tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage patches in Windows and Mac environments using various tools
• Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, system administration, and patch management techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure patch deployment success
• Analyze patch logs, system data, and reporting tools to identify issues
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with end-users and management
• Relevant IT certifications like Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), or CompTIA Security+
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in patch management and system administration in a mixed Windows and Mac environment
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell for Windows, Bash for macOS) to automate patching tasks
• Familiarity with security policies and practices, including vulnerability management and compliance standards
