Our organization is seeking a seasoned Frontend Support Lead to spearhead our frontend support efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and analytical skills, with a proven track record in handling support tasks, frontend issue resolution, and leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Management:
  • Understand, analyze, and prioritize frontend-related support tickets to ensure timely resolution and high-quality support delivery.
  • Distribute tasks to team members based on skillset and urgency to maximize productivity.

Technical Expertise:

  • Provide hands-on support for issues related to HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and WordPress to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues efficiently using analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Assist team members with complex problems and provide technical guidance to foster growth and development.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of frontend support executives to ensure adherence to processes and quality standards.
  • Monitor progress and provide performance feedback to drive results and improvement.

Client Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure clear, professional correspondence with clients to maintain a positive reputation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery to resolve frontend-related issues.
  • Proficiency in WordPress (themes & plugins) to streamline support efforts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability to troubleshoot complex frontend issues.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in team coordination and task delegation to maximize efficiency.
  • Knowledge of basic PHP to support server-side functionality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a support or ticket-based environment to leverage existing knowledge and skills.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) to expand expertise and capabilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Zoho to streamline workflows.
