You'll work with modern technologies to build scalable frontend solutions while learning from experienced engineers and growing your skills in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality web and mobile applications using React, Next.js, and React Native across multiple platformsBuild and maintain reusable components following established design systems and coding standardsCollaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to implement user-focused features and experiencesImplement performance optimizations, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards under guidance from senior team membersParticipate in code reviews and contribute to frontend development best practicesIntegrate with RESTful API endpoints while implementing proper error handling and data managementContribute to technical discussions and help improve our development processesLearn and adapt to emerging frontend technologies while growing your technical expertiseRequired Qualifications3+ years of professional frontend development experience with demonstrable projects or portfolioStrong proficiency in React ecosystem including hooks, context, and modern patternsExperience building applications with React Native or strong willingness to learn mobile developmentSolid understanding of Next.js fundamentals including routing, components, and basic optimizationGood command of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript with ability to write clean, maintainable codeUnderstanding of state management concepts using Redux, Zustand, or Context APIProficiency in modern CSS including Flexbox, Grid, and experience with CSS-in-JS librariesExperience with testing approaches using Jest and React Testing LibraryFamiliarity with modern development tools, version control (Git), and collaborative workflowsStrong problem-solving mindset and ability to debug frontend issues with support from team membersPreferred (Nice-to-Have) QualificationsExperience with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and service worker conceptsUnderstanding of data fetching patterns and state management best practicesExposure to design systems and component library concepts using tools like StorybookBasic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processesKnowledge of web performance optimization techniques including code splitting and lazy loadingExperience with analytics tools and A/B testing implementationFamiliarity with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite)Understanding of advanced Next.js features like SSR, SSG, and API routesWhat We OfferMentorship from senior engineers and opportunities for rapid skill developmentExposure to modern technologies and best practices in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative team culture that values learning and knowledge sharingOpportunity to work on meaningful projects that impact the energy and EV ecosystemClear growth path and investment in your professional development
