Job Title: Director

 

Job Overview:

The Director of Product Management will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for a customer experience portfolio, focusing on a Unica Marketing Platform. This role involves working closely with Development to oversee a team of Product Managers and ensure that the company's offering has the necessary features to win in the market.

This includes identifying key market trends and competitive insights to drive roadmap decisions, delivering major breakthrough features to address gaps in the product, and prioritizing execution of the roadmap with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in customer experience platforms, technical knowledge of similar products, and experience working with Sales and Development teams. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for a customer experience portfolio.
  • Oversee a team of Product Managers and work closely with Development to deliver key features.
  • Identify key market trends and competitive insights to drive roadmap decisions.
  • Prioritize execution of the roadmap with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
  • Work with Sales, Support, and Services teams to ensure customer success.
  • Measure adoption and unblock barriers to upgrades.
  • Enable product specialists, CSMs, and Client directors to win on renewals and net new deals.
  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge to drive optimal results.

Requirements:

  • Proven background and in-depth product and technical knowledge of similar customer experience platforms.
  • Knowledge of using Aha (or similar Product Management tools) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Product Management experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with Sales, and Development teams is essential.
