Social Media Insights Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and insights-driven professional to join our Digital Insights team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using social media listening tools to uncover trends, decode consumer conversations, and translate data into actionable insights for brands.
- Deliver recurring digital and social media reports focusing on consumer behavior and content trends.
- Interpret conversation data to extract meaningful insights about consumer needs, sentiment, and preferences.
- Draft structured narratives aligned to business goals and audience priorities.
- Validate junior team members' tagging, queries, and data outputs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve frameworks and storytelling approaches.
- Engage in strategic discussions to optimize insights across brand teams.
- Assist with metadata tagging, taxonomy validation, and dataset curation as needed.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital analytics, social media intelligence, or consumer insights.
- Hands-on experience with at least one social listening tool.
- Strong grasp of KPIs like engagement, sentiment, share of voice, and content formats.
- Proven track record in storytelling using PowerPoint and Excel-based dashboards.
- Understanding of digital consumer behavior, audience segmentation, and content performance metrics.
