Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled performance specialist to support our team in delivering successful marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning: Set up and run marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet the desired objectives.
  • Content Support: Coordinate with designers, influencers, and writers to create engaging campaign materials on time.
  • Budget Management: Track spending and make adjustments as needed.
  • Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Updates & Reports: Keep stakeholders informed about campaign progress and results, highlighting key findings and insights.
  • Ad Optimization: Review ads and provide recommendations to enhance their performance, aligning with business goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and audience interests, applying this knowledge to inform campaign strategies.
  • Project Management: Maintain a campaign calendar to track key dates, deadlines, and milestones.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address issues that may impact campaign success, implementing solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Compliance: Ensure all campaign content adheres to brand guidelines and legal requirements, minimizing potential risks.
  • Feedback Analysis: Utilize feedback from various stakeholders to refine future campaign approaches, driving continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in campaign planning, content support, budget management, performance tracking, team collaboration, updates and reports, ad optimization, market intelligence, project management, problem solving, compliance, and feedback analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
