Job Title: Digital Fundraiser

As a digital fundraiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing targeted online advertising campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and crowdfunding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under strict timelines.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Metrics for Success:

  • Achieving and maintaining ROAS of 2+ across campaigns.
  • Steady growth in donation volumes and donor base.
