Technical Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our Product Operations Team in Gurgaon. This role will serve as the main interface between our customers and our technology, ensuring seamless technical implementation quality for enterprise clients using various tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement new features on specific accounts to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end network migrations for enterprise merchants, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical matters related to Skimlinks, handling account management team escalations effectively.
  • Develop and manage complex rate structures with merchants, providing incentives for our publishers.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial teams across APAC, UK, US, and EU, attending team meetings, and supporting shared customers.
  • Work with the Operations, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams to ensure platform updates align with Commercial Team goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical client-facing role, preferably in digital advertising or e-commerce.
  • Strong ability to break down complex concepts into non-technical language, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
  • Aptitude for analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms, mapping business requirements into technical features.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong commercial mindset.
  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent) and experience working with digital advertising technology, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce.
