Automation Test Analyst

We are seeking an Automation Test Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing test automation frameworks, developing automated test suites, and identifying manual test cases to automate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed.
  • Contribute to accurate time estimates for automation test development.
  • Responsible for faster analysis of failed test scripts after test execution, identify the root cause of the failure and raise defects to track them till resolution.
  • Implement and manage continuous automated testing integration using Jenkins.
  • Attend daily stand-up sessions and represent QA in release planning, to ensure balanced, low-risk distribution of testing tasks throughout the iteration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
  • Proficiency in Playwright and JavaScript.
  • Exposure to MCP Server and prompt-based testing workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI testing tools (e.g., Test Sigma, Testim AI, Functionize).
  • Experience with mobile testing frameworks (Appium, BrowserStack).
  • Hands-on with low-code/no-code automation platforms.
  • Understanding of test design techniques, defect lifecycle, and agile methodologies.
  • Hands on in Test Automation Candidate Identification and Estimation.
  • Hands on in Setting CI CD Pipelines.
