Quality Assurance Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance leader to spearhead our software quality assurance practices, define and report on key quality metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all system data and applications features meet the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and refining our software QA practices, matrix managing a team of QA Engineers who focus on building test cases and automating QA workflows. This individual will work closely with the VP of Software Engineering and the VP of Data and Analytics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Define and implement the QA strategy aligned with business and engineering goals
  • Establish quality standards, KPIs, and metrics to measure and improve product quality
  • Process Development and Management
  • Develop and maintain robust QA processes including test planning, execution, automation, and reporting
  • Champion Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices to integrate QA seamlessly into the development lifecycle
  • Conduct post-mortems and follow up with all teams to improve development processes

Key Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of QA experience
  • Strong experience with application, data, and API testing
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and use of automated testing software (Agile/Scrum/SAFe, Playwright, Cucumber, TestRails, Selenium)
  • Good understanding of Web-based technology architecture and data structure
  • Strong database skills (SQL)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
