Brand Growth Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Brand Growth Associate to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence across various marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and luxury channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about scaling premium D2C brands and wants to make a meaningful impact on the business. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing innovative strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and onboard us on relevant marketplaces to increase our reach and customer base.
  • Quick Commerce Growth: Explore and initiate partnerships with emerging platforms beyond Zepto, BlinkIt, and Instamart to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Research and collaborate with complementary product brands to create bundled offerings that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Institutional & Luxury Partnerships: Build relationships with food service establishments, luxury outlets, hotels, airlines, and hospitality networks to expand our presence in these high-growth channels.
  • Revenue & Awareness: Execute initiatives that increase both visibility and direct sales impact for our brand.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in brand building, partnerships, and business growth strategies.
  • Excellent research, communication, and outreach skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for brand placement.
  • Self-driven and reliable – can work independently with accountability.
  • Previous experience or internships in business development, growth, or FMCG/D2C brands is a plus.
