Key Responsibilities

A highly skilled Operations Manager is required to oversee the planning, controlling, and optimization of production processes.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing product costing models, margin analysis, and profitability reports across product lines.
  • Benchmarking cost structures, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending optimization measures.
  • Collaborating with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to control costs and improve efficiency.
  • Providing data-driven insights to sales and marketing teams for strategic decision-making.
  • Supporting new product launches with cost simulation and profitability projections.
  • Maintaining accurate BOMs, overhead allocation, and cost structures.
  • Monitoring SKU-wise, region-wise, and customer-wise profitability performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Product Controlling / Costing / Business Finance in sanitaryware, faucets, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, pricing models, and financial controlling.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.
