Seeking a seasoned professional to facilitate successful consulting engagements.

This role involves working closely with client stakeholders and business users, as well as cross-functional delivery teams, to gather and document solution requirements, design solutions, model and configure e-commerce data structures and business processes, and collect, manipulate, and load product data.

  • Gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements through one-on-one or small group interview sessions.
  • Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting e-commerce system requirements and procedures that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Consult with client stakeholders and business users on Omni-channel-specific business topics, including product catalog modeling, inventory management, customer service, b2b customer management, demand generation, promotion strategy, and more.
  • Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope.
  • Work collaboratively with project delivery team members to resolve business or systems issues.
  • Understand e-commerce data structures, collect product catalogue data from client business users, and perform product data imports into e-commerce systems.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in general IT business analysis coming from the E-Commerce domain.
  • Experience implementing Hybris Commerce.
  • Concrete understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
