About the Role
We are looking for a skilled illustrator to create compelling visual narratives that reflect brand values, emotions, and product essence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop original illustrations and digital artwork for various mediums - print, web, packaging, and physical products.
- Translate conceptual ideas into engaging visual stories that showcase brand personality and style.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive visual strategies and ensure consistency in tone and quality.
- Stay current on art, design, and cultural trends, incorporating this awareness into work while maintaining creative boundaries.
- Ensure illustrations meet high standards of quality and color accuracy.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong foundation in color theory, composition, form, and character design.
- Proficiency in digital illustration tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or similar software.
- Versatility in working across different illustration styles (quirky, modern-ethnic, minimal, maximal, pop-culture-inspired, etc.).
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to visually interpret themes, emotions, and narratives.
- Familiarity with art, culture, flora-fauna, and mythology can be beneficial.
- Prior experience in lifestyle, gifting, fashion, D2C brands, or packaging design is an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
