We are looking for an exceptional Design Visionary to elevate our brand storytelling and conceptualize high-quality ad creatives.

About the Role:
  • Elevate our brand identity, conceptualize innovative ad creatives, and mentor designers to push creative boundaries.
  • Oversee the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring high standards of aesthetics and effectiveness.
  • Maintain consistency across all design touchpoints while infusing fresh ideas.
  • Develop compelling ad creatives for performance marketing across various platforms.
  • Experiment with new design trends and AI-driven creative solutions to enhance engagement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to execute and elevate design on all fronts.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or creative leadership roles.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital advertising, branding, and multimedia design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
  • Experience in designing performance-driven ad creatives, including static, animated, and video content.
  • Able to think conceptually and execute visually compelling campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
  • A deep understanding of marketing trends, ad platforms, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong communication & project management skills to collaborate effectively.
