Visual Storyteller - Motion Graphics Expert

We are seeking a skilled and creative Visual Storyteller to lead the design of motion graphics projects.

  • Translate project briefs into engaging visual narratives, leveraging expertise in motion graphics and video production.
  • Design dynamic and animated graphics for social media, digital platforms, banners, and interfaces using industry-standard software.
  • Develop compelling storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts for motion graphics projects, showcasing attention to detail and creativity.
  • Animate graphics and typography using advanced techniques, bringing visions to life.
  • Edit and assemble video content using Premiere Pro, ensuring seamless integration with other visual elements.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and participate actively in brainstorming sessions, driving creative growth and collaboration within the team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain brand consistency and meet project goals, demonstrating ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Apply feedback constructively to refine and enhance deliverables, showcasing commitment to excellence.
  • Maintain well-organised project files and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4–5 years of experience in the creative/design/video field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or Communication Design, with a strong foundation in design principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, with a solid understanding of industry-standard software and technologies.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce consistent, creative, and eye-catching designs, with keen eye for detail and passion for innovation.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and flexible approach to work, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
