Job Description

The primary role of the HR Risk Lead is to design and implement risk management strategies that enhance the associate and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead risk management activities within HR, embedding risk management in all aspects of HR work.
  • Design strategy and work plan for the HR function, ensuring delivery against plan.
  • Communicate functional and leadership messages, leading change management in respect of risk management.
Additional Responsibilities

The HR Risk Manager represents the HR function within centralized risk management forums and projects, providing risk management insight into central programs.

  • Assist with local risk assessment (FMEA, PLA, etc).
  • Own BCM Plan for India HR Functions.
  • Identify and remediate local issues and events.
  • Implement tasks for regulatory changes locally.
  • Aggregate and report local risks.
  • Identify local HR models.
  • Support local audit and examination.
  • Provide risk advisory support for local HR.

Responsibilities also include designing internal governance processes, managing documentation, and leading audit activities. Additionally, the HR Risk Manager will help track and resolve HR India issues and develop a reporting framework to inform team leaders on risks and issues.
