Growth Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and performance for our financial products.

This role offers end-to-end responsibility for key business metrics, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, driving experimentation, and optimizing business metrics to meet aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Growth Strategy:
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Drive initiatives to impact all stages of the marketing funnel—Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Data Analytics, Product, Brand, Marketing, and both online and offline acquisition teams.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive, customer-centric messaging.
Growth Programs & Campaign Execution:
  • Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.
  • Optimize growth initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, with a focus on long-term customer value.
Continuous Experimentation & Optimization:
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer behavior data to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of driving growth for tech startups or established brands, with a strong understanding of digital financial services.
  • Experience in owning the P&L of a product/category, and driving growth in high-performance environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
