Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can own both strategy and execution.

This role demands strong campaign planning, analytics, and content direction, while being hands-on with SEO, social media, and paid ads.

You will work closely with a Video Editor to deliver high-impact campaigns and creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads).

Develop content strategies and guide the Video Editor on creatives, reels, and ad campaigns.

Track campaign performance, prepare monthly reports, and suggest growth improvements.

Handle client communications with VGK Academy's support.

Stay updated on industry trends and recommend growth hacks for SMEs/startups.

Skills Required

2–4 years of proven hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media management, analytics, and ads.

Ability to create strategy and independently execute campaigns.

Excellent communication skills to handle clients.

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools

Package

Probation (3 months, performance-based): ₹40,000/month

Full-time (post-confirmation, after 3 months): ₹60,000/month

(subject to client performance & growth impact)
