Order to Cash Team Lead PositionAs an Order to Cash Team Lead, you will play a critical role in managing the flow of goods and services from customers to our organization.
Key Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration or related field with 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
- Expertise in Order to Cash processes, including accounts receivable systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process local and foreign currency invoices through the accounts receivable system.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement Lean and Six Sigma projects to enhance AR efficiency.
- Resolve customer queries and address issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Generate reports to track key performance indicators.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare and maintain accurate process documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Create a knowledge database for learning and development.
- Conduct quality checks on all activities to ensure excellence.
