Digital Client Management Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill the position of Digital Relationship Manager. This role involves engaging with leads from various digital channels, such as our website, social media, and paid campaigns, to nurture and qualify them.
The primary focus of this position is on lead qualification through calling, client engagement, addressing inquiries, and coordinating meetings with Offline Relationship Managers for seamless sales conversions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Calling and engaging with leads to address queries and understand their investment needs;
- Assessing and qualifying leads based on their investment size, financial goals, and product interests;
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings between qualified prospects and Offline Relationship Managers for effective sales conversion;
- Tracking and updating lead status, conversion progress, and client interactions in our CRM system;
- Supporting business growth by contributing to client acquisition and revenue goals;
- Ensuring effective communication and timely follow-ups to enhance the client experience and build long-term relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in customer interaction, lead qualification, and financial advisory support;
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email communication, and client management;
- 1-3 years of experience in stock broking, banking, insurance, or financial services with exposure to client engagement;
- Any graduate or postgraduate degree with relevant experience.
