Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to design, configure and develop technical solutions for our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in HRSD, HR Lifecycle Events, HR Transitions, and Performance Analytics.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and developing requirements for HR Lifecycle Events and HR Transitions projects, as well as designing and configuring HR-related Performance Analytics dashboards for actionable insights.
  • This role requires a strong balance of technical proficiency, business analysis, and solution design skills to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions that align with enterprise architecture and compliance.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, configuration, and deployment, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and develop requirements for HR Lifecycle Events and HR Transitions projects
  • Design and configure HR-related Performance Analytics dashboards for actionable insights
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise ServiceNow standards by adhering to architecture governance, methodologies, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Proven ability to understand and capture business requirements, streamline complex processes, and deliver ServiceNow solutions in an Agile environment
  • Expertise in Performance Analytics (PA) module, preferably with HR modules
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD best practices for development, configuration, and deployment
