Content Strategist

Motilal Oswal is seeking an exceptional leader to craft and share engaging stories across various platforms. As the Head of Content, you will oversee the end-to-end YouTube strategy, developing content that informs and grows our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • YouTube Strategy: Develop and implement an adaptive YouTube strategy, leveraging new formats, algorithm shifts, and viewer habits to maximize watch time and subscriber growth.
  • Content Creation: Plan and publish content on social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) that brings our research to life and sparks conversations among investors.
  • Content Development: Translate technical market analysis into clear, engaging articles, infographics, newsletters, and social posts for Research360, RIISE, and other platforms.
  • Media Outreach: Cultivate strong relationships with financial journalists and media outlets, securing interviews and opinion pieces to establish Motilal Oswal as a thought leader.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a talented team of writers, editors, video producers, and freelancers, fostering an environment where creativity thrives.
Role Requirements:
  • Expertise: 8+ years of experience in content leadership in financial services or B2B.
  • Narrative Ability: Turn complex market research into clear, engaging narratives.
  • YouTube Savviness: Track evolving formats, features, and viewer habits.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Test, learn, and pivot based on performance and feedback.
  • Relationship-Building: Collaborate with analysts, journalists, and team members to drive success.
  • Mentorship: Grow writers, editors, and producers through coaching and feedback.
