Job Title: Total Rewards Manager

A key role in our organization, the Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

  • This includes designing and managing compensation structures, conducting benchmarking and market analysis, and ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in human resources or a related field.

Beyond compensation, this role also encompasses benefits administration, performance and rewards, policy and compliance, analytics and reporting, employee engagement and communication, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a total rewards strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Design and manage compensation structures and benefit programs
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Evaluate effectiveness of benefits and recommend changes
  • Analyze data to provide strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Communicate reward policies, benefits, and compensation philosophy effectively to employees
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure fair and transparent reward systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in compensation and benefits administration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
