
Senior Total Rewards Specialist

A key role in our organization, the Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- This includes designing and managing compensation structures, conducting benchmarking and market analysis, and ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in human resources or a related field.
Beyond compensation, this role also encompasses benefits administration, performance and rewards, policy and compliance, analytics and reporting, employee engagement and communication, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a total rewards strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Design and manage compensation structures and benefit programs
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Evaluate effectiveness of benefits and recommend changes
- Analyze data to provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- Communicate reward policies, benefits, and compensation philosophy effectively to employees
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure fair and transparent reward systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
