Product Marketing Manager Role at AVF World

We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our team at AVF World. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for our products. Your focus will be on understanding the market, identifying customer needs, creating product positioning, and supporting sales teams with the necessary tools and resources.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the product and its position in the market landscape. They will also possess strong market research skills, allowing them to conduct analysis and gather insights from customers, prospects, and internal teams. This information will inform product development and marketing strategies. Additionally, the candidate will have experience in planning and executing product launches, creating sales enablement materials, and collecting customer feedback. A thorough knowledge of competitor products and marketing strategies is also essential.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with these teams to align product and marketing strategies and foster a deep understanding of the product, customer, and competitive landscape across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role and a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Experience in the industry relevant to AVF World is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive products.
  • Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Create sales tools, presentations, and other materials to assist the sales team in promoting the product.
  • Collect customer feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Regularly track competitor products and marketing strategies.

  • A strong understanding of product positioning, market segmentation, and customer personas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance.
