LTIMindtree is seeking a skilled ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining our ServiceNow platform.

  • Good understanding and hands-on experience with midserver configuration, CMDB, discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC).
  • Excellent knowledge of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.
  • Broad understanding of Windows, Linux/Unix administrations, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Ability to script automated processes, including business rules and script actions.
  • Strong configuration and enhancement capabilities on the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with OT visibility and OT asset management modules in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
  • Documenting technical details and preparing training materials for projects.
  • Collaborating with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions.
  • Representing project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
