ServiceNow Automation Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Certified Engineer to join our team as a ServiceNow Automation Expert. The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations for business process automation and service delivery in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automation and Integration: Configure the ServiceNow platform, script with JavaScript and Glide, integrate with third-party applications, perform testing, and deployment.
  • Platform Customization: Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements in ITSM, ITAM (HAM, SAM), and ITOM.
  • Data Management: Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, MID Server, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) ensures accuracy, health, and integration with discovery tools.
  • Integration Support: Support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization:
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
  • Experience: Minimum one CIS in any of scope i.e. ITSM, ITOM or ITAM and 3–6+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow modules.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations.
  • Scripting and Workflow Automation: Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and workflow automation within ServiceNow.
