Job Description:

The role of a CRM tester involves ensuring the functionality and quality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM + TOSCA. This entails working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365, possessing a strong understanding of MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules, and coordinating with development teams to provide better understanding of business users' needs.

Key responsibilities include documenting business requirements, reviewing them with business and technology teams, and obtaining customer acceptance for the same. The selected candidate should possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively address users' queries and work collaboratively within Agile or Waterfall approaches as required by the business.

In addition, this position requires experience in SSRS reporting services and developing acceptance criteria for test cases and test scenarios with business users.

Good knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI) is also desirable, as well as a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model, and application integrations knowledge with MS CRM.

Overall, this CRM tester will be responsible for providing high-quality testing services and delivering value to our clients through their technical expertise and ability to understand business needs.
