Job Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Oracle BRM Developer.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced Oracle BRM systems, focusing on subscription management, billing cycles, and AR activities such as adjustments, refunds, and payment processing.
  • Integrate the BRM system with the WEBS platform for seamless account transitions, including upgrades, downgrades, resubscribing, and sign-ups.
  • Ensure data consistency and process integrity across the systems by implementing robust mechanisms.
  • Communicate effectively with the Next Generation Payment (NGP) system for intricate payment processing frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the Vertex system for accurate tax calculations and integration into BRM for billing.
  • Manage the accounts of approximately 11 million customers with precision, efficiency, and reliability in BRM processes.
  • Adapt to changing requirements, proactively planning and revising system configurations to stay aligned with dynamic business environments.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent level of knowledge of BRM database structure.
  • Core competencies: C, C++, Java, Perl, SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Strong project management skills, maintaining high productivity, and upholding quality standards.
  • Detailed integration testing and certification of the BRM system.
  • Quick troubleshooting and rectification of issues.
Requirements

Approximately 7 story points per sprint, with each sprint spanning two weeks.
