International Housing Solutions Specialist

We provide relocation support to students, professionals, and corporates by offering fully furnished housing solutions with comprehensive assistance.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Carefully coordinate the onboarding of new apartments including contracts, furnishings, utilities, and documentation.
  • Offer excellent tenant management: check-ins, check-outs, and ongoing communication.
  • Collaborate with landlords, vendors, and clients to resolve issues promptly.
  • Accurately track occupancy, availability, and maintenance schedules.
  • Prepare thorough reports on operations, occupancy, and revenue.
  • Contribute to process enhancements for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle routine legal and compliance tasks such as taxes, regulatory filings, and coordination on legal cases when required.

Required Skills:
  • 13 years of experience in operations / real estate / hospitality / customer success.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the French language is a plus.
  • Comfort with Excel/Sheets and basic reporting tools.
