Mindtickle, a market-leading revenue productivity platform, seeks an experienced visionary to lead the design of AI-driven features. As a senior product designer, you will define the strategy and vision for integrating new AI-powered tools into our platform.

You will oversee the design process for AI-enabled features from concept to delivery, defining user experience, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. This role requires in-depth understanding of user needs and behaviors, which you will conduct through research, data analysis, and insight synthesis to inform design decisions.

This leadership position offers an opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven solutions within our platform. You are expected to mentor junior designers and work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving, specifically in B2B SaaS environments. Experience with designing AI products is highly desirable. You should demonstrate systems thinking, strategic consensus-building, and project management skills. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tool like Bolt is required.

In this role, you will create frameworks and patterns that enable consistent visualization approaches across different feature areas and user journeys. You will also stay up-to-date on industry trends and navigate ambiguity and incomplete information confidently.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about user-centered design and has a strong understanding of design principles and methodologies. The role requires collaboration, mentorship, and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
