Job Title: Senior Functional Consultant Role

About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Oracle CX (CRM) with deep expertise in Oracle B2C Service Cloud, particularly in delivering end-to-end solutions in a dynamic enterprise environment. This role demands hands-on experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead implementations of Oracle CX with a focus on Oracle B2C Service Cloud.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle CX implementations with a focus on Oracle B2C Service Cloud, Oracle Field Service, Oracle B2B Service Cloud, and Oracle Sales Cloud.
  • Own the delivery lifecycle: from requirement gathering to solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Design and develop screens, components, and workflows tailored to client needs.
  • Create high-quality documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to clients, ensuring satisfaction and solution effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle CX (CRM) with strong hands-on expertise.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud solution implementations.
  • Proven ability in solution architecture, especially in the insurance domain (preferred).
  • Exceptional problem-solving, customer handling, and communication skills.
  • Strong documentation and presentation capabilities.
