Job Title: Expert Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Functional requirement gathering and designing activities (business blueprinting sessions) across multiple teams, product teams, IT groups, and business stakeholders to collaboratively develop effective solutions.
  • Read, interpret, and administer functional specifications.
  • Design pricing procedures and promotions.
  • Condition techniques expertise.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch along with integration experience of e-commerce and last mile delivery.
  • Basic knowledge of the ABAP Workbench and Data Dictionary to understand program logic.
  • Strong knowledge of integration and impact of pricing data on subsequent processes.
  • Work closely with developers, translating custom routines, and requirements.
  • Co-ordinate as a functional consultant, supporting applications in your area of responsibility (fulfillment, retail – SAP pricing and promotions).
  • Very good expertise and understanding of DevOps processes.
  • Good working experience and understanding of Agile tools like Jira.
  • Create Business Process Master Lists for all projects and DevOps teams to track dependencies.
  • Guide testing teams to build automation test scripts.

Requirements:
  • BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in SAP functional areas (sales and distribution).
  • Minimum 2-3 end-to-end implementation of SAP.
  • Exposure to integration of ECC with e-commerce platforms, SAP CAR, Master Data, MM.
  • Preferably experienced in S4 HANA implementation.
  • SAP certification an added advantage.

  • Experience working with international markets advantageous.
  • Demonstrate good team player skills.
  • Understanding and documenting technical requirements.
  • Ability to work in a multi-language, multicultural environment.
